Hi anon! Thank you for asking and sorry if it took me so much to answer! I definitely like Paul and Nina as more than friends ;) 
I know that Paul is absolutely in love with Torrey, it’s pretty obvious from the way he looks at her and how he acts around her etc etc. but I really think that the chemistry between Nina and him it’s something unique. I don’t know, I’ve always felt like there was something there that went beyond a simple friendship. To be honest, I’ve always thought that Nina had a big crush on Paul..the way she looked at him like he was the most beautiful thing in the world, the way she acted around him, the way she laughed at what he said..it just reminded me of how I used to be around a guy I liked. I know that she’s with Ian and everything but I honestly can’t see anything between them. At least from her side. Ian IS in love with her, I can see that. I could see it when I was in Montecarlo for the Tv Festival and he was always around her, flirting with her. But I can’t see the same affection from her side. So yeah, I like Nina and Paul as more than friend even if they’re both with someone else ;)
